of Platform Use

1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated below, unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Platform" refers to the judikis.org website and all services offered through it, including slots, live casino, sports betting and other games.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any individual who has registered an account and uses the judikis services.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a User on the judikis platform.
• "Real Money" refers to actual funds deposited into the account, distinct from bonus credits.
• "Bonus" refers to any credits, rewards, promotional offers or additional benefits granted by judikis to Users.
• "MYR" or "RM" refers to the Malaysian Ringgit, the official currency used for all transactions on the platform.

2 Account Eligibility and Registration

To register and use judikis services, a user must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Be 21 years of age or older at the date of registration. judikis fully enforces this age limit and may request proof of age at any time.
• Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement under applicable regulations.
• Not be on any self-exclusion list submitted to judikis or a relevant regulatory body.
• Register for personal use and not on behalf of any third party.
• Provide truthful, accurate and complete information during the registration process, including full name, mobile number and an active email address.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account. Multiple accounts held by the same individual is a serious violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all related accounts.

3 User Account Responsibilities

As the account holder, you are solely responsible for:

• Keeping your username and password confidential. judikis will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access due to user negligence.
• Notifying judikis immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Updating your personal information whenever changes occur to ensure judikis records remain accurate.
• Not sharing, transferring or selling your account to any other party.

judikis reserves the right to conduct identity verification checks at any time. Failure to provide the requested verification documents may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

judikis accepts financial transactions through designated payment methods, namely Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, and cryptocurrency (including USDT, BTC and ETH). All amounts are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Minimum transaction requirements:

• Minimum deposit: RM20 per payment method
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per payment method
• Standard withdrawal processing time: 30 minutes to 3 hours

judikis reserves the right to request payment method verification before processing any withdrawal. All payment methods used for withdrawals must be registered in the same name as the judikis account holder.

5 Bonuses, Promotions and VIP Programme

All bonus and promotional offers announced by judikis are subject to the specific terms stated alongside each offer, as well as the general terms outlined here.

judikis Welcome Bonus: New users are eligible to receive a first deposit bonus of 150% up to RM1,000. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount before the bonus funds and any related winnings can be withdrawn.

Applicable calculation examples:

• Deposit RM100 → Bonus RM150 → Balance RM250 → Wagering requirement: RM150 × 20 = RM3,000
• Deposit RM1,400 → Bonus RM1,000 → Balance RM2,400 → Wagering requirement: RM1,000 × 20 = RM20,000

judikis reserves the right to cancel any bonus and take action against accounts found to be abusing promotional offers, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, low-value wagering to meet wagering requirements, or other risk-hedging methods.

judikis VIP Programme consists of five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — each offering increasing weekly cashback rates from 0.2% to 1.0%. Progression to higher tiers depends on the user's activity and loyalty on the platform.

6 General Game Rules

judikis offers a range of games including slots, live casino, sports betting and others. Each game category has its own specific rules which can be found on the respective pages on the platform.

• The results of all games are final and cannot be disputed unless a proven technical error has occurred.
• Should a technical disruption occur during an active game session, judikis will endeavour to restore the game to the state it was in before the disruption.
• judikis does not guarantee uninterrupted service and is not responsible for losses arising from system downtime or internet disruption on the user's end.
• The use of any automation software, bots, or third-party tools to assist gameplay is strictly prohibited.

7 Prohibited User Conduct

Users are prohibited from doing the following while using the judikis platform:

• Any form of fraud, falsification of information, or misconduct in financial transactions
• Attempts to hack, breach, or disrupt the security of the judikis system
• Sharing login credentials with others or allowing an account to be used by another individual
• Opening multiple accounts under the same or different identities to gain undue benefit from promotional offers
• Placing collusive bets with other users to manipulate game outcomes
• Attempting to reverse bets or employing strategies specifically designed to avoid risk in order to meet bonus turnover requirements

judikis reserves the right to investigate any activity suspected of violating these terms and to take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts and confiscating related account balances.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the judikis platform, including but not limited to logos, brand names, visual designs, text, graphics, audio, video, and software, is the property of judikis or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are not permitted to copy, redistribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without written consent from judikis.

9 Account Suspension and Closure

judikis reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions
• Referral by authorities regarding illegal activity
• Confirmation that the user does not meet the age or identity eligibility requirements
• Found to be using an unauthorised payment method or one not registered in the user's own name

10 Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, judikis shall not be liable for:

• Any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform
• Losses resulting from game or betting outcomes
• Service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as third-party internet infrastructure failures
• Any acts or omissions by third parties that affect a user's experience on the platform

judikis makes no guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, errors, or viruses. Users are responsible for ensuring the security of their devices and internet connections.

11 Changes to Terms and Conditions

judikis reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Such changes will take effect upon being published on the judikis platform.

Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to ensure they remain aware of the latest applicable terms. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

12 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

judikis operates under an international licence and complies with the regulatory standards set by that licensing body.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions or the use of the judikis platform shall first be resolved through negotiation between the user and judikis. If an amicable resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism established by judikis's international licensing body.
